Who organizes the webinar/symposium/workshop and what is the material focus?

DKT Indonesia collaborates with various third parties and partners to organize free webinars/symposiums/workshops with a material focus on contraceptive products and reproductive health.

Who is eligible to register and are there any special requirements?

Activities organized by DKT Indonesia target active healthcare professionals from various professions such as obstetricians and gynecologists, general practitioners, pharmacists, and pharmaceutical vocational staff.

What is the registration procedure for the webinar/symposium/workshop?
  • Webinar: Registration can be done via the link provided on the poster. Registration opens a maximum of 30 days before the webinar date. If participants can no longer register for a webinar that has not yet started, it means registration is full and no longer accepting participants. DKT Indonesia’s webinar participant quota ranges from 500 to 2000 participants.
  • Symposium/Workshop: Participants can attend the symposium, which is part of a scientific event, for free. Participants only need to register as attendees for the series of scientific events.
If I want to collaborate with DKT Indonesia in organizing a webinar or invite DKT Indonesia to be part of my event as a sponsor, who should I contact?

Who is eligible to participate in webinars organized by DKT Indonesia?

DKT Indonesia collaborates with various health platforms to provide webinars on sexual health and contraceptive products for obstetricians and gynecologists, general practitioners, midwives, pharmacists, and pharmaceutical vocational staff.

Webinars for each healthcare professional are separated by profession.

Do webinars organized by DKT Indonesia provide professional credit units (SKP) or attendance certificates?

All webinars organized by DKT Indonesia provide SKP (professional credit units). We do not provide separate attendance certificates.

What language is used in the webinar activities and can the materials be downloaded?

The language used is Indonesian, and presentation materials cannot be downloaded.

What are the technical requirements to join (platform, device, connection)?

We recommend participants join the webinar by ensuring they are in a location with a stable connection. Webinars can be attended using a laptop/computer or mobile phone/tablet. The platform used is Zoom or the application where the webinar is held if collaborating with a third party (e.g., a drug purchasing application).
